You might not know this, but Pause to Remember isn't just a project for me – it's a commitment to being there for each and every member of our community when they need support the most. I see you, I hear you, and I'm here for you. From late-night tech tinkering to heartfelt conversations, I've poured countless hours and resources into making this space what it is today.  

I'm not one to beat around the bush – keeping this community alive comes with costs. Podcast hosting, website upkeep, graphic design – it adds up quicker than you'd think. While I've been lucky to receive a small grant and some donations in the past, the bulk of the financial burden has fallen on me and my husband.  If you've found solace in our 1:1 sessions, joined our monthly virtual support group, or even just tuned in to the Pause to Remember Podcast for a pick-me-up, I'm reaching out to ask for your support.
